MINUTES FROM THE APRIL 27, 1999 MEETING WERE APPROVED ON A MOTION BY STEVE AND SUPPORTED BY CARL. ALL AYE.
OLD BUSINESS:
JIM JETT- HAS REDESIGNED THE DRIVE OFF HAZEL. CARL MOTIONED TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN PER SECT 12.11, SUPPORTED BY AVERY, ALL AYE.
TNT- SITE PLAN APPROVAL PER SECT. 12.11
MOTION TO APPROVE BY CARL AND SUPPORTED BY AVERY, ALL AYE.
KATHY SNYDER- FARM MARKET AT HER HOME ON DEER RD. SHE WOULD NOT GROW THE PRODUCE, BUT WANTS TO SELL LOCALLY GROWN PRODUCE AS IT IS IN SEASON FROM THE AREA, POSSIBLY EXPAND LATER MAKING PIES, ETC. THE ORDINANCE NEED AMENDING TO DO THIS.
SHARON HEDINGER- RE BATHHOUSE AT SAHARA SANDS, SILVER RIDGE. THE SU PERMITS DO NOT EXPIRE. THE SITE PLAN IS DDL'S RESPONSIBILITY. SHE IS CONCERNED WITH THE MAINTAINENCE, WHO DOES ONE CONTACT, LIGHTS, GATE, ETC. WHO OVERSEES THE HEALTH DEPT. PERMITS, ETC.?
CARL ASKED IF DDL HELD THE DEED? YES.
THE SITE PLAN WAS APPROVED 1/27/95
JAKE WILL COMPARE SITE PLANS, IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES, HE'LL ISSUE A STOP WORK ORDER.
AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDINANCE-
PRIVATES ROADS, DEFINITION- NEED TO BE 66' WIDE, NECESSARY DRAINAGE, 18" GRAVEL TOP.
A DRIVEWAY SERVES 1 TO 2 PARCELS.
AGRICULTURAL ZONE PARCEL MINIMUM PARCEL SIZE OF 2 ACRES AND A WIDTH 300 FEET.
SR. HOUSING PROJECT- ORDINANCE NEEDS TO BE AMENDED TO ADDRESS THIS TYPE OF PROJECT .
LONG RANGE PLANS NEED TO BE CHANGED.
CHANGE WORDING IN 9.1 TO HAVE LOCALLY GROWN.
ADDRESS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SIDE SET BACKS.
